AI Agent Cee

An AI analyst that only sees
what you let it see.

Cee builds Drill queries, cohorts, funnels and journeys from a sentence, and explains your results. Which model it uses, what data reaches it and which tools it may run is your decision, made once for the whole server.

In this demo shop, someone asks Cee to chart the key user actions of the last month. Cee builds the Drill query and applies it, ready to break down further.

Part of AI

Ask in plain language,
get the real thing back

Cee doesn’t stop at an answer in a chat window. It builds the query, cohort, funnel or journey in Countly itself, where you can check it, change it and keep it.

  1. “Chart the key user actions over the last month.”

Builds the Drill query and applies it, ready to break down further.

  2. “What happened to sessions this week, and why?”

Investigates: runs its own follow-up queries, then answers with a verdict that cites each of them.

  3. “Build a cohort of shoppers who added to cart twice and never checked out.”

Builds the cohort in Countly, where push, journeys and every report can use it.

  4. “Build a funnel from product view to checkout.”

Builds the funnel, and once it has results, summarizes or investigates them on request.

  5. “Set up a journey that reminds cart abandoners after a day.”

Builds the journey with its trigger, wait and message, for you to review and activate.

  6. “How do I hide a property from Cee?”

Answers from the Countly documentation, even with every data setting off.

You decide

Private by setting,
not by promise

Every limit on Cee is a setting a global administrator controls, and every one of them can be checked afterwards.

For your security review

Every setting,
in one place

Cee runs on your Countly server. These settings decide what it does, and only global administrators can change them.

Nothing, names, or names and results. With nothing shared, Cee answers from the documentation only.

    Usage data

With server tracking on, Countly receives usage data such as models, token counts and response times, never what people ask. Conversation text goes only if you turn it on, and hidden fields never.

Works with

AI Agent Cee, with the
rest of Countly

Every feature reads the same live data, so an answer in AI Agent Cee doesn’t stop there. These are the handoffs built in.

All features

Data ownership

AI that runs where
your data runs

Cee runs on your Countly server and reaches only the AI provider you choose, over HTTPS. Turn it off, and it reaches nothing.

Data privacy

Self-hosted, or dedicated

Run Countly in your own cloud, your data center or an air-gapped network. Or let us run a single-tenant instance in the Google Cloud region you choose.

Your provider, or none

Use your own provider keys, through a relay of your own if you like. Turn off answers from the docs, and the server reaches nothing at Countly.

No default vendor access

On Enterprise, Countly has no access unless you grant it. On Flex, access is limited, granted by you and logged.
