What is the difference between Flex and Enterprise?
Same platform, same data model. The difference is where it runs and who operates it. Flex runs in a dedicated environment that Countly operates for you, in the region you choose. Enterprise runs on your own infrastructure, under your own security and compliance model, with every capability included.
Where does my data live?
On Flex, in a dedicated environment in the Google Cloud region you choose, never pooled with other customers. On Enterprise, with self-hosting, your product data stays within the infrastructure you operate, including air-gapped networks. AI features may process data through the Countly AI Gateway (EU).
How is Flex priced?
Flex starts at $175 per month for a dedicated instance in the Google Cloud region you choose. Adaptivity and Intelligence capabilities can be added at any time, and an uptime SLA is available as an add-on. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is priced per deployment and paid annually, with every capability included. Each engagement is scoped individually and includes dedicated engineering support, a customer success manager, and custom SLAs.
Does Countly charge per seat?
No. Flex is priced by MAU and Enterprise per deployment. Invite your whole company; seats are never the meter.
Can we move from Flex to Enterprise later?
Yes. The platform and data model are the same, so you move to Enterprise by moving the deployment and your data as is: no re-instrumentation, no new SDKs, no rebuilt reports.
Which plan is right for my organization?
If you want to start today in a dedicated environment operated by Countly, choose Flex. If your data has to stay on your own infrastructure, or you need air-gapped operation or custom SLAs, choose Enterprise.

Is AI included, and where does it run?
Cee, Countly’s AI agent, is part of the Intelligence add-on on Flex and included on Enterprise. On Enterprise, Cee’s product agents can run fully inside your infrastructure when configured. The Documentation Agent, the Countly AI Gateway (EU) and third-party AI providers run outside. You can also connect your own AI to Countly through MCP.
