Flex Cookie Policy

We use cookies to help improve your experience of flex.countly.com, where you sign up for, pay for and manage Countly Flex (the "Flex console"). This Cookie Policy is part of our Flex Privacy Policy (countly.com/legal/flex-privacy, the "Privacy Policy"), and covers the use of cookies between your device and flex.countly.com. It does not cover the dashboard of your Flex server; what the Countly software and its dashboard send to Countly is described in our Connected Services and Telemetry notice (countly.com/legal/connected-services). Our website countly.com has its own Website Cookie Policy (countly.com/legal/cookie-policy).

We also provide basic information on third-party services we may use, who may also use cookies as part of their service, though they are not covered by our policy.

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device when you visit.

Essential Cookies

We use essential cookies to enable core features of the Flex console, such as signing in, managing your account and payment processing.

Performance Cookies

Performance cookies are used in the tracking of how you use a website during your visit. The information is aggregated across all site users to help companies understand visitor usage patterns, identify and diagnose problems or errors their users may encounter, and make better strategic decisions in improving their audience’s overall website experience. These cookies may be set by the website you’re visiting (first-party) or by third-party services. We use performance cookies on our site; in the Flex console our own analytics links your activity to your account and its e-mail address.

Functionality Cookies

Functionality cookies are used in collecting information about your device and any settings you may configure on the website you’re visiting (like language and timezone settings). With this information, websites can provide you with customized, enhanced, or optimized content and services. These cookies may be set by the website you’re visiting (first-party) or by third-party service. We use functionality cookies for selected features in the Flex console.

Targeting/Advertising Cookies

Targeting/Advertising cookies set by third parties may be used to track you on other websites that use the same third-party service. We use them in the Flex console to show you Countly advertising that is relevant to you, to limit how often you see an advertisement and to measure how well our campaigns work, and to credit referral partners.

Third-party Cookies in the Flex Console

We use third-party services in the Flex console. They may also set third-party cookies in order to deliver the services they are providing. Third-party cookies can be used to track you on other websites that use the same third-party service. As we have no control over third-party cookies, they are not covered by Countly's Cookie Policy.

You can block or delete cookies and other site data in your browser settings; blocking all of them may stop some sites working.
